Please note the following event prices:

 

  • Standard Admission: $250

  • Student Admission: $50

  • Field Trip Admission (register by 19th February 2025): $65​

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate the needs of our attendees while ensuring the success of our event. Please carefully review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Requests

    1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to iwec@grevyszebratrust.org no later than the following dates for a refund consideration.

  2. Refund Policy

    1. Before 1st February 2025: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

    2. 1st February 2025 – 15th March 2025: 50% refund.

    3. After 15th March 2025: No refunds will be issued.

  3. Substitutions

    1. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us via email by 1st April 2025, including the name and contact details of the person replacing you.

  4. Event Cancellation

    1. In the unlikely event that IWEC is canceled or rescheduled, attendees will be notified as soon as possible, and registration fees will be fully refunded. The organizers are not responsible for additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

  5. Force Majeure

    1. If the event is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, pandemic-related restrictions), we will offer either a rescheduled date or a partial refund based on expenses already incurred.
